Our wrestling club exists to transform committed athletes into skilled, gritty and confident wrestlers through consistent practice personalized systems and a growth mindset. Our goal isn't just to teach wrestling - it's to empower each wrestler to build and master their own unique path to excellence, focusing on smart improvement over blind effort.

Every wrestler learns all fundamental moves, positions and situations (takedowns, top, bottom) but hones a select few into a personal system tailored to their strengths, style and mindset. Wrestlers co-create their systems with coaches, scripting a series of moves (e.g. setups, defenses, turns, escapes) they drill daily.
Drilling is the secret sauce -- wrestlers learn to drill correctly: automatic, fluid, slick, high-paced and focused. We teach how to work smarter, not just harder, breaking down moves (body position, timing, leverage) and chaining them into series for multiple scoring chances from key positions. Daily practice includes dedicated time for wrestlers to follow and refine their written script, ensuring high-quality, high-quantity reps.
This club is about owning your growth. Once a wrestler masters their initial system, they add to it -- new techniques, counters, or layers-- pushing their limits while staying sharp. We celebrate process over results, building confidence through effort, adaptation, and resilience. Goals stretch beyond wrestling: short term (e.g. 100 perfect reps), long-term (e.g. 10 takedowns from a new tie up) and personal challenges (e.g. 10 pull-ups, rope climb with no feet).
We build lean, powerful, durable wrestlers using plyometrics, pull-ups, rope climbs, box jumps, kettlebells, battle ropes, sleds, medicine balls and more. We focus on functional power for wrestling performance, not bulk, supporting optimal natural weight without cutting or restrictive eating. We integrate these activities daily after practice to enhance move execution and prevent injuries, emphasizing proper technique and rest for safe, effective development. We'll feature expert strength coaches 1-2 times monthly for tailored workouts aligned with our equipment and goals.
